Abstract:
Teachers' performance in the classroom may be influenced by support received in a variety of forms and from various sources. In Saudi intermediate schools, several sources of support were potentially available to teachers. In my paper, I will discuss two important issues respectively: in-service training in Saudi context and colleague support.
